Our Explosive Performance Class is a high-energy, soccer-focused training session designed to help athletes move faster, react quicker, and play more powerfully on the field. Led by Coach Rodolfo Castropoland, an ASFA-certified trainer, this class blends advanced plyometric training with agility and change-of-direction work to mirror the game's real movements.
Athletes train using soccer-specific patterns, including acceleration, deceleration, lateral movement, cutting, jumping, and explosive first steps. Each session emphasizes proper mechanics, body control, and injury prevention while building speed, coordination, and confidence.
